I’ve been running less these last 2 weeks and walking more. I haven’t tracked my walking miles, but I’ve been putting in about 20 miles walking. I’ve been working with a client who wants to do a bit of strength training and more walking/jogging. He has dropped about 10 lbs. I’ve noticed that I’ve really gotten lean as well. I’ve been running about 16-20 miles per week. The combination of running and walking has been good.
