Good Run

I warmed up for a couple of miles. I ran 3 miles at 7:30 pace. It’s starting to get easier. I would prefer running the 5K instead of the 10K. I haven’t run 10K in years. For some reason I tend to do 5K’s, half marathons and the occasional marathon. I’m not quite sure how to pace myself, so I’m working on speed over distance. Every week I lengthen the amount of time I’m running sub-eight, so that hopefully I will run sub-eight for the race. :)
