Zen Run #2

I went out for my second run without paying attention to time or pace. I cut over 3 minutes off my last run. I felt a little fresher. I’m thinking of this as base training. Usually I pay attention to pace and I often tune out by listening to music. Now I am more aware of my body, my breathing and my gait.
