Hot Yoga

I haven’t done hot yoga since December last year. I decided to give it a try because I just felt like detoxing and really sweating. In hot yoga you sweat buckets! I was careful not to push myself too hard. My other goal going in to class was to realign my body. I’ve felt a little out of whack since I started running again. The class felt great. I’m starting the week with good habits!
