Training Run With Lucy Group

We did our training run, which was an out and back half mile.  Then 2 laps around the Downtown Park (1/2 mile)  and a cool down lap.  I tried to sprint to catch up to the faster runners and got my HR up to 175, otherwise it was an easy run/walk.  Everyone had a great time.
