Treadmill Walk + Greenlake
I got up early today and got in a walk on the treadmill. I’m avoiding the impact of running for a little longer. Although I have to say that I am feeling a lot stronger this week. I put the incline to 14% and walked at 3.5, which was not always easy.
In the afternoon I had to take the kids to the dentist at Green Lake. I packed up Murphy and took him for a half hour walk while they were getting their teeth cleaned. Sometimes, you gotta multi-task to get everything in. Life is busy!

Although I got a late start, I’ve been a serious runner since 1994. I ran my first marathon in 1995 on my 30th Birthday. It’s been my goal to run the Boston Marathon since then.
