3 Weeks Post Marathon

I did the elliptical trainer and felt pretty good. I went home and slept 8 hours. I still have a level of tiredness. I’m trying to listen to my body and not worry that my weight has popped up about 3 pounds. I guess it needed too. I was extra thin for the marathon and now my body is trying to get back to normal. :)
