Run
I am still dealing with a sore spot on my foot. The skin rubbed off on my 10 miler in Sunriver. It’s been over a week and it’s not healed yet. I keep putting neosporin on, but I have to run and running aggravates it.

Sorry to hear about your foot. Can be an obstacle, but you can overcome it?
Might I ask a favor, I’m trying to figure out how to put one of those Ironman Watches for the Long Beach Half Marathon on my site, but I am very green when it comes to customizing my site? Can you help? Thank you
lisa, are you putting moleskin on it when you run? (obviously, dont adhere the raw spot)… that might help.
lisa, so sorry to hear about your foot.
one thing i’ve noticed makes a difference in healing time is to really load up the neosporin and cover with a bandage before going to bed. i think keeping it covered is key to keeping the goop on, keeping it moist so it can heal up. one thing you won’t want is for that new skin to crack cause then it will take longer.
