Easy Run

I had to try out my new shoes. so I went for an easy run. I’m gearing up for tomorrow’s race.

Hi! I have decided to sign up for the Estes Park 1/2 Marathon!! I used to be in track in highschool but am WAY out of shape now, I need to loose atleast 40 lbs. So my training is coming along….it takes me 15 to 17 minutes to complete a mile right now. I recently obtained my Personal Trainers certification so I am trying to get in shape make better nutrition choices and lead by example. :) I am doing alot of searching around the web for “How to” train for a marathon so any advise is welcome!!
