Hey, I just wanted to say Hi…
I’ve been running since I was in college. Usually stopping in the winter and picking up in the spring. This is the first time in a long time I’ve been running straight through. My goal for 2008 is to run my 1st marathon. The longest race I have run has been 1/2 marathon. Any suggestions you have will help me along the way. Like core training you may have done, power gels. Talk to you soon
