		<description>That is awesome that you are going to run Boston. Trust me, it will be like a religious experience, especially when you turn onto Boylston Street. I ran it in 2004 in what was the second hottest (85 degrees at the start with a tail wind) It was both my worst and best marathon.   My worst physically but my best emotionally and psychologically. Believe me, all of the hard work that you have obviously put in will pay off. You won't be disappointed. Good luck!!! Just remember to train for downhill as well as uphill. The first half of Boston is basically downhill so it gets your quads if you aren't prepared.</description>
