Thanks for commenting on my blog, I just finished the Phoenix Marathon this weekend (it was my first one). I'm doing the Austin 1/2 marathon in February and searching for the next full marathon I'd like to do.

I read some of your blog - congrats and good luck for Boston. Your story is very inspiring and I'm really glad that you shared it with all the runners here looking for a little more motivation.

Thanks for your post. I enjoyed reading it and you make some good points. I have to believe that your best weight, even at the same height, might be different than the next person. It's all about how you perform, what your goals are and tracking your own progress to see what is best for you. Thanks again Lisa, I always enjoy reading your posts! :)
