800 Meter Repeats

The track was mushy after this morning’s snow and rain.  I went to the gym and did my repeats on the treadmill instead.  I felt a little sore after Sunday’s run and yesterday’s lifting session.  Now that I’ve been more consistent with lifting, my muscles and joints feel better. :)

Here is the workout:

1.5 mile warm up

.5 miles (800 m) @ 8.5

.25 recovery (walk and jog)

Repeat 4 times

Cool down .75 miles
