Now The Sun Comes Out!

It was 54 degrees when I left work. I knew that I needed to run before I lost motivation, so I went to the gym to get on the treadmill. The sky was gray and it looked like rain would be falling at any moment. I took the opportunity to watch my gait. I tried to run quietly, and push off evenly. My challenge as I’m coming off injury is to stop babying my left side. I started slow and ran 9 something for my first mile and picked it up to 7:53 pace at the very end.
