		<description>Yes, I'm doing the 7 hills and am thinking of doing the additional for the Metric Century.

I have been reading about how riding benefits your running so will try to keep at it while I gradually build the running miles.  Hope to keep those injuries at a distance!!

How about you?  Are you going to do the 7 Hills and/or the Flying Century?</description>

Higher cadence obviously works,  You seemed to cruise up the hills.  I hope to keep up with you next time.

		<description>Lisa, Thanks for organizing this ride and it was great seeing you again.  You did great, we both did great not getting too far behind the "iron legs" we were riding with. 
I'm another proponent of higher cadence and probably don't use a heavy enough gear when I should be.
Hope this month off of running helps your Plantar Fasciitis.  Are you doing any pool running?

PS.  Thanks for waiting for me on that hill when I forced my chain off.</description>
